2022 WORKSHOP RECORDINGS
For all cycles, we record the workshop speakers’ shares and follow‐up Q&A, especially for registrants who miss individual workshops. We turn off the recording before asking participants to share in the second hour each week.
Please use these recordings for inspiration and information rather than for self help. In our experience, there is no substitute for taking the Steps with a sponsor or Step guide.
We additionally offer these recordings from our steering committee members:
This third qualification recording is much shorter than the other two. That was the speaker's choice.
This one's a long talker. The recording above includes 18 minutes of foundation laying like telling how the conference and materials were created and where our approach to the Steps came from. Beginning at minute 18, the speaker's share is undistracted from the 12 Steps and a clear practice of each of them in order from Step 1 through Step 12.
WORKSHOPS BELOW WERE RECORDED BETWEEN JULY 9 AND DECEMBER 17, 2022
WORKSHOPS BELOW WERE RECORDED BETWEEN JANUARY 8 AND JUNE 18, 2022
NOTE: The recording above includes a brief participant business meeting in which we agreed by substantial unanimity to remove the DA Concepts from our workshop discussions for the rest of the current BDA Conference cycle. The same decision has been made by the conference host group for future conference cycles. However, the Concepts will not disappear from our awareness. Conference materials will continue to include the Concepts as bonus material, with the same questions and commentary available for access on a public page on this website at Bonus Materials on the DA Concepts. Please feel encouraged to share this resource with your DA and BDA friends and fellows, groups, and Intergroups.
