Qualifications for and services by our Fellowship Drop-in leader:

 

Only our Step guides are eligible to serve in this leadership role, and the qualifications for Step guides apply to this position as well. Commitment, consistency, and being on time are incredibly important for this service.

Each Fellowship Drop-in leader will be supported by one Step guide when leader substitution is necessary. The leader's backup is usually planning to fill this role during the next conference cycle.

Fellowship Drop-in leaders are eligible for a second and even third six-month turn in this service role, based on availability of other Step guides. Excellent leadership is much appreciated.
